Apply for a property

 

Once you have found your ideal new home, simply download an application form for each applicant over the age of 18, complete, sign and return to the office. Please also supply a suitable form of ID (driving licence or passport) and recent proof of address.

Holding Deposits

 

Johnsons Property Consultants do not charge fees to tenants. However, a holding deposit is required when applying for a property. If you have any queries, please contact one of our friendly lettings team for more information.
