BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:

Referencing - £70.00 (Inc. VAT) per Applicant/ Guarantor. Referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation where necessary, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability).

Pre-Tenancy Holding Fee/ Agent Fee - £220.00 (Inc. VAT)

Holding Fee, which will be retained as the Agent Fee, once the lease has been signed. The holding fee will be non-refundable in the event that the tenant(s) withdraw from entering into the lease. In the event that the landlord withdraws the property prior to completing the lease, the holding fee will be refunded in full.

The agent fee covers; processing the application, associated paperwork, as well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms) and arranging the tenancy and agreement.
