This recently refurbished three bedroom cottage is located within the centre of Lower Moor and situated within a gated site with allocated, off-road parking. The property therefore benefits from considerable security. Lower Moor is a lovely village has many local amenities such as post office, pub and village hall. The property is accessed via a buzzer so has complete privacy.
To the ground floor you will find a good size kitchen with separate larder cupboard which could be used to house various appliances such as a fridge freezer. The living room is again a good size and has the use of a gas fire place. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor along with a back door that leads to an outside space. The bins are located to the rear of the property and the area is covered so would be a good place to dry washing etc, or have a small table and chairs. The stairs that lead from the living room, take you to the first floor. To the first floor there are three bedroom, two of which would be classed as good size doubles where as the third at the end of the corridor, would be more suited as a single.
Cats considered but no dogs. Catflap to the rear patio area. No smoking.
Broadband enquiries at the property concerning its availability and estimated strength and download speeds can be made with bt.com.
