Referencing - £70.00 (Inc. VAT) per Applicant/ Guarantor. Referencing (identity, immigration and visa confirmation where necessary, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers / landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability).

Pre-Tenancy Holding Fee/ Agent Fee - £220.00 (Inc. VAT)

Holding Fee, which will be retained as the Agent Fee, once the lease has been signed. The holding fee will be non-refundable in the event that the tenant(s) withdraw from entering into the lease.
